National Head of Product and Marketing Science
An accomplished and experienced business leader, with over 16 years of experience in media agency, FMCG and technology domains, Rita Sahajpaul is the National Head of Product and Marketing Science for Xaxis India.
As part of Xaxis India's leadership team, Rita has been a driving force for change and innovation. With automation initiatives, she has helped expand the company's portfolio and spearheaded the launch of cutting-edge products such as Programmatic Audio, pDOOH, OTT Marketplace and Gaming.
Her expertise and rich experience in product strategy, digital transformation, vendor management and process re-design have been instrumental in shaping Xaxis India’s products into sustainable client-solutions that drive business outcomes. With her comprehensive background on product management, consumer engagement, and text and web analytics, Xaxis has been helping brands in India leverage the power of technology and analytics to achieve business results.
She is also building Xaxis' advanced analytics and data science capabilities to help identify opportunities for growth and to support the team in providing actionable insights that help shape the client’s media strategy decisions.
Prior to joining Xaxis India in 2018, Rita was the Director for Xaxis Insights and Analytics in the UK. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology. She is also an INSEAD Alumnus with an MBA in Strategy, Finance and Entrepreneurship.
When she is not wearing her data scientist hat, Rita is a hands-on mother to her daughters. She balances work and life by spending her free time with her family and enjoying activities such as cooking, gardening and doing arts and crafts.
