Kavita Rajwade, co-founder of IVM Podcasts is marketing veteran in the music space with over 16 years of experience in revenue, strategy and business development. 
 

Her enthusiasm for music led her to working with some of the biggest brands in music. During her time at Sony Music Entertainment she was a Deputy General Manager with a specific focus on brand engagement and digital platforms. Her prior role was that of Head of Revenue at Only Much Louder Entertainment where she spearheaded the development of music themed properties and several experiential innovations. 
 

Kavita has also worked in sport management as the Regional Head of Power Play Sports and Events where she helping brands monetize sponsorship assets, and worked across sports properties, including the IPL, The Cricket World Cup, and the English Premier League

At IVM Podcasts, she has been responsible for shaping the company into India’s premier podcast network that now has over 70 shows on its catalogue covering topics from sports to dating to politics and much more.
